Job description
š Location: Colchester š° Salary: Ā£24,785 (proārata) + generous quarterly bonus (OTE up to Ā£28,570 proārata) š Hours: Fullātime or partātime available (flexible between 8amā6pm, including core hours of 10amā2pm, plus occasional Saturdays)
ā”ļø Weāre happy to work around school hours, parenting commitments, or other needs ā choose the pattern that works for you. You would need to be available for full time training for at least 2 weeks. This would be Monday - Friday 9am -5pm from 10th August 2026.

What Youāll Be Doing
š Handling inbound and outbound calls in a busy contact centre environment š” Supporting customers with new business quotes, supporting sales alongisde general inquires you will also deal with property insurance queries šÆ Delivering a highly customerāfocused service every time š” Balancing sales, retention, and productivity targets
ā”ļø Bonus is paid quarterly based on performance across sales, retention, and productivity.
Training & Working Pattern
š Start date: 10th August 2026 š Full training provided (officeābased initially) š” Hybrid working available after successfully completing probation (6 months)
