Job Summary
TEOCO’s Audit and Managed Services team is seeking a smart, self-motivated, and collaborative candidate. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a consulting team, building a foundation of telecom knowledge related to our clients and developing advanced software skills.
Key Responsibilities
•
Review data sources and/or reporting to identify circuits that have been or should have been disconnected from billing.
•
Analyze data sources including, but not limited to, quotes, orders, emails, contracts, invoices, invoice data, client data files, and client provisioning systems.
•
Support the lifecycle of the findings process, including issue generation, client approval, vendor approval, and timely resolution.
•
Develop subject matter expertise (SME) over time in the assigned client provisioning system.
•
Apply general audit principles such as pattern recognition, data filtering, and cross-referencing multiple data sources during research and analysis.
•
Utilize software tools including MS Office Suite, KNIME, and Business Objects as part of daily activities.
•
Review vendor responses to systematically created disputes and evaluate their validity.
•
Validate that expected credits related to disputes have been received and accurately applied.
•
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Required Skills & Competencies
•
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
•
Experience with MS Office Suite and querying tools such as KNIME.
•
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
•
Strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills / Tools Knowledge
•
2+ years of experience working in a telecom audit, Revenue Assurance (RA), or network planning environment.
