🎯 What will your mission be at Tonic

•

3?Direct Client Facin g: Lead discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions directly with client stakeholders in the USA.

•

Solution Desig n: Translate complex American business processes into efficient, scalable configurations within D365 F&O.

•

Bridge the Ga p: Perform Gap Analysis and author high-quality Functional Design Documents (FDD) to collaborate seamlessly with our technical team.

•

Ensure Succes s: Guide USA-based teams through critical phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training Key Users, and hypercare Go-Live support.

💼 What do you need to bring? (Requirements)

•

Language Skills: Fluent / Bilingual English is an absolute mu st. You will be communicating daily, presenting solutions, and negotiating scope with native English speakers.

•

Experien ce: 4+ years of hands-on experience in End-to-End implementations of Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX 2012).

•

Core Experti se: Deep knowledge in eith er Finance (MB-3 10) or Supply Chain Management (MB-3 30) modules.

•

Certificatio ns: Microsoft Official Certifications (MB-310 or MB-330) are highly preferred.

•

Ecosystem Maste ry: Familiarity with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps.

•

Cross-Cultural Consulti ng: Proven experience working with USA clients or multicultural teams is a huge plus.
