About the Company

A YC Company, they are a global financial operating system built for companies that move money across borders. They offer corporate cards, cross-border payments, and spend management software in a single platform, operating across 20+ countries and serving over 5,000 clients, from venture-backed startups to established SMBs. Revenue has nearly tripled in under a year, and they're currently preparing for a new funding round. Argentina is their newest and most active market focus.

The Role

They're building out their Argentina sales team from scratch, and this is one of the first Account Executive hires on the ground. You'll work directly with the Sales Lead for Latam and the country managers for Mexico and Colombia; no layers, no bureaucracy.

You'll own the full sales cycle: from prospecting mid-to-large businesses and later-stage startups to closing and growing accounts over time.

This is a hunting role. The market is new, the territory is yours, and the variable is uncapped.

What You'll Do

Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, targeting mid-to-large businesses, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups

Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing

Develop relationships with senior financial decision-makers — CFOs, Heads of Treasury, business owners

Cross-sell and upsell existing clients through consultative, value-driven conversations

Partner with marketing and customer success to improve conversion and client experience

Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams based on what you're hearing in the market

What We're Looking For

6+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or cross-border financial services

Track record of owning complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders: CFOs, Partners, business owners

An existing network of transferable relationships with mid-to-large businesses or venture-backed startups

Experience in a fast-growing startup environment: you know what it means to build a market with limited support and high expectations

Fluent English: the company operates in English across all regions

Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Early-career background in consulting or investment banking is a plus, not a requirement

Compensation

Competitive USD base salary with uncapped variable. Accelerators apply for closes in Argentina. The structure rewards performance directly: top performers in comparable markets have seen total compensation well above base.

This is a full-time remote position based in Argentina.
