They help home services businesses — HVAC contractors, plumbers, electricians — capture, qualify, and book leads 24/7 with AI agents. When a homeowner's AC breaks at 11pm on a Friday, they pick up the call. When a plumber is on a job and can't answer an inquiry, they handle it. Venture-backed, early-stage, going after one of the largest underserved markets in software.

About the Role

You'll be the first dedicated growth marketing hire, reporting directly to the CEO. Your north star: qualified inbound demo requests per month. You'll own the full growth stack — content, paid acquisition, email, SEO, partnerships, events — and build the systems that compound over time. No playbook. Full ownership. Real impact.

What You'll Own

Inbound demand generation — own the full funnel from awareness to demo request across all channels

Paid acquisition — build and optimize Google Ads and paid social campaigns with clear ROI accountability

Content and social — create and distribute content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant channels; produce or direct short-form video, audio, and image assets

Email and SMS — run lead magnet and nurture campaigns leveraging existing database and industry contacts

SEO and AI search optimization — optimize for traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)

Industry partnerships — manage and expand existing relationships with trade influencers and industry networks; develop new channel partners

Events and sponsorships — own presence at trade events, webinars, and podcast sponsorships

Product-led growth — partner with the Head of Product to build marketing loops into the product itself

Attribution and reporting — track, measure, and reallocate budget fast when something isn't working

AI-powered systems — build automated marketing workflows that get smarter over time, not one-off campaigns that need to be rebuilt from scratch

What We're Looking For

3+ years in a growth marketing or demand generation role at a B2B growth-stage company or early-stage startup

Proven track record driving measurable pipeline growth — we'll ask for specifics

Hands-on experience running paid acquisition (Google Ads and/or paid social) with budget ownership

Strong command of email marketing and marketing automation

Data-driven operator — you can build a dashboard, read attribution data, and make fast budget calls

Daily user of AI tools — not just for copy, but for workflows, automation, and speed

Ability to travel to the USA occasionally; a U.S. visa is required

Nice to Have

Experience with AI image, video, and audio generation tools

Familiarity with Claude, Zapier, Framer, Mailchimp, Calendly, or HubSpot

SEO experience including AI search optimization (GEO/AEO)

Experience marketing to or selling for blue-collar or home service audiences

Strong design sensibility and experience working within brand guidelines
