Junior Technical Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Technical Engineer to support commercial and technical activities for PV systems, Electric Mobility and charging installations. The role coordinates between Sales, Customer Support, Installer Partners and IT, ensuring accurate proposals, CRM updates, lead follow‑up and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

•

Prepare and tailor proposals, quotations and tender documents

•

Handle initial client enquiries, schedule meetings and follow up leads

•

Coordinate internally between Sales, Installers and Customer Support

•

Produce and refine sales presentations and collateral

•

Define product mockups and technical specs; liaise with IT for development

•

Support process analysis, optimisation and automation

•

Provide first‑level customer responses and escalate technical issues

Mandatory requirements

•

Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Renewable Energy, Electrotechnical, Telecommunications) or similar

•

0–2 years’ experience in energy/solar/e-mobility roles (internships/projects count)

•

Basic knowledge of PV systems and EV charging infrastructure

•

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience or willingness to learn

•

Strong written and spoken Portuguese and English

•

Organised, detail‑oriented and team‑oriented

Nice‑to‑have :)

•

Experience with PVsyst, AutoCAD or PV sizing tools

•

Basic SQL, Python or automation (Power Automate, Zapier)

•

Knowledge of electrical safety standards and B2B integrations

Location: Porto & Vila Real (role is office-based with regular site visits)

Work type: Full time, 100% in the office unless otherwise agreed
