Job description

Full time and part time hours available: evenings and weekend availability. Amersham and surrounding areas

Due to increased client demand we are looking for care assistants to join our team supporting clients in the following locations: Amersham, Prestwood, Beaconsfield, The Chalfont’s, Wendover, Great Missenden & surrounding areas

Hours: Full-time and Part-time hours available (evenings, and weekends)

The role: work that works for you

Are you looking for a fulfilling part-time role that fits perfectly around your busy life? We're seeking Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our dedicated visiting team.

Our mission is simple: to deliver the kind of care we'd want for our own loved ones, helping people stay safe and happy in their homes. We are a highly respected, knowledgeable, and supportive team committed to giving our clients, and you, the very best support.

Your skills & our support

No prior care experience is necessary. If you possess the right kindness, empathy, and values (Trust, Compassion, Respect, and Knowledge), we will provide full, comprehensive training to equip you with all the necessary skills.

As a visiting care assistant, you will

Provide personalised care during home visits (minimum 1 hour per call)

Assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation, companionship, and household tasks

Support mobility, transport clients to appointments, and run errands

Please note, you must be a driver with use of a car as our clients live in rural areas not accessible by public transport.

Why we think you'll love being part of our team

Excellent pay: earn £15.10 (weekdays) and £17.20 (weekends), with double pay on bank holidays

Rewarding bonuses: up to £400 for every friend you refer!

We’re invested in your growth: comprehensive induction, care certificate, and ongoing support for level 2 & 3 diplomas in health and social care

Benefits package including paid holidays, travel expenses of 45p per mile, NEST pension scheme, client referral scheme, Blue Light Card

Dedicated support: your own care manager and a friendly office team always ready to help

Prioritising your well-being: an Employee Assistance Programme with wellbeing support

Award-winning culture: join a team rated 5 stars for culture and management (Indeed) and recognised for live-in care expertise (Home Care Awards)

Our carers consistently tell us they feel welcomed, supported, and valued, appreciating our knowledgeable and flexible approach

Essential requirements

Driver with own car: This is essential as clients live in rural areas not accessible by public transport

Availability: Must be flexible to work at least one of the following shifts: 13:00–20:00, 16:00–22:00, or 18:00–22:00

Right to work: You must have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer Visa Sponsorship)

All successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
