📍 Kitsap, WA | 🕒 Part-time (~3 days/week) | 💸 $23-25 / hour
Arboreal Management is looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Grounds & Maintenance Associate to help keep our residential communities looking their best. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is interested in growing into a broader maintenance role — we'll train the right person on light work orders and basic repairs.
What You’ll Do
Grounds & Curb Appeal
•
Maintain all exterior areas including walkways, parking lots, trash enclosures, breezeways, and landscaped spaces
•
Pick up and dispose of debris, litter, and pet waste daily
•
Sweep, blow, and power wash entryways, patios, and exterior surfaces as needed
•
Keep community amenities — courtyards, BBQ areas, laundry rooms, and common areas — clean and inviting
•
Spot-clean lobbies, hallways, doors, windows, and light fixtures
•
Report graffiti, vandalism, or safety hazards to management immediately
Light Maintenance Support
•
Assist with basic work orders such as clearing clogged toilets and other minor repairs (training provided)
•
Support maintenance technicians with tasks like cleaning vacated units, moving materials, or prepping units for turnover
•
Perform routine property inspections and report issues such as lighting outages, leaks, or irrigation problems
•
Ensure tools and supplies are properly maintained and stored
What We’re Looking For
•
Prior experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, custodial, or property maintenance preferred but not required
•
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
•
Ability to lift 50 lbs., work outdoors in varying weather, and move between sites
•
Dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping spaces clean and safe
•
Positive attitude and professional presence
