SixSense brings artificial intelligence to semiconductor manufacturing — the factories behind every chip in every phone, car, and AI system. Founded in 2018 by Akanksha Jagwani and Avni Agrawal, the company is deployed with leading manufacturers worldwide, backed by Peak XV’s Surge, Alpha Intelligence Capital, FEBE and Beenext (USD 12M raised, including a USD 8.5M Series A), a partner to GlobalFoundries, and a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer for 2026.
The Role
This is SixSense’s first dedicated go-to-market hire — a strategic role that owns how the company enters the US semiconductor market. Working directly with the founders, you will define the strategy and build the systems that execute it: the accounts SixSense pursues, the buyers it engages, the way it communicates value, and the infrastructure that makes the motion scalable and repeatable.
Semiconductor investment is at a historic high, and the United States sits at the centre of it. This role builds the function that converts that opportunity into a qualified pipeline, and over time into revenue. It suits someone who moves comfortably between go-to-market strategy and hands-on technical execution.
What You Will Own
•
Account strategy. Define the US target-account strategy and the rationale for how accounts are selected and prioritised.
•
Targeting and ICP . Establish the buyer personas and decision-makers most relevant to SixSense, and the approach for engaging the right people within each account.
•
Outbound and messaging . Design and run multi-channel outbound campaigns, with messaging tailored to each audience and objective.
•
GTM systems and automation. Build the supporting infrastructure — modern GTM tooling, CRM, data enrichment, and AI-driven workflows — to make the motion efficient and repeatable.
•
Measurement . Define the metrics that matter, set targets, and apply a disciplined, experiment-led approach to improving them.
Mission
Build and scale the go-to-market engine that secures SixSense’s first ten key US semiconductor accounts.
What You Bring
•
A track record of building go-to-market or outbound systems from the ground up, ideally as an early or founding growth hire.
•
Strong strategic judgment: the ability to form an account thesis, prioritize effectively, and articulate the reasoning behind each decision.
•
Hands-on proficiency with modern GTM tooling such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and automation platforms.
•
Familiarity with AI and LLM workflows, APIs, and prompt engineering; working knowledge of Python and web scraping is an advantage.
•
A metrics-driven, experimentation-first approach, and the ability to operate effectively with limited structure in a fast-moving environment.
