Role: Customer Operations Development Specialist
Reporting to: Customer Operations Director
As a Customer Operations Development Specialist , you’ll be part of our global Unified Operations function and operations Development team, working across customer service and service delivery in multiple markets. The focus is on improving how we work and deliver, scaling processes, and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and improving business services, processes, and system solutions within our Technology Lifecycle Management and Workplace IT area. Working at the intersection of business, operations, and technology, you will help make services easier to use, more efficient and scalable across markets.
Partnering closely with Business Service Solution Managers, local Customer Operations teams, and the Shared Service Center, you will work across the full lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and designing solutions to coordinating deployments, driving adoption, and delivering continuous improvements. You work closely with different stakeholders and especially with IT and Technology, delivering solutions with automation and AI.

Your impact

Drive and support the development of services, processes, and system solutions throughout their lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation and long-term effectiveness.
•
Identify opportunities to improve services through digitalization, automation, and AI, delivering better efficiency and customer outcomes.
•
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical solutions and ensure smooth execution.
•
Define, document, and maintain processes, workflows, and service standards to support consistent operations.
•
Manage rollout activities, including planning, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement, to ensure successful adoption.
•
Analyze performance data and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and drive measurable business results.
•
Promote standardized and scalable ways of working that enhance operational efficiency and support future growth.
•
Act as a key link between business and technology teams, ensuring solutions meet both operational and customer needs.
What you bring with you
•
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
•
Min 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing services, processes, or system-related solutions
•
Proven experience delivering end-to-end initiatives from requirements and design to deployment and post-go-live support
•
Experience working across business, IT, and operations in an international environment, ideally within IT service providers, finance or leasing
•
Strong background in continuous improvement, process optimization, or automation
•
Strong execution and coordination skills with a proactive, delivery-focused approach
•
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across functions
•
Ability to structure complex topics into clear plans and actions
•
Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and communication
•
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
•
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
•
Structured, pragmatic, and ownership-driven working style
•
Strong English communication skills, proficiency in Swedish is considered an advantage
