Happy Faces Group Childcare is hiring Lead Teachers to join our team across multiple age groups, including Infant, Toddler/2’s, and School Age .

We are looking for reliable, caring, and motivated individuals who enjoy working with children and are ready to take on a leadership role in the classroom.

What You’ll Do

•

Lead a classroom and provide a safe, nurturing environment for children

•

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities

•

Support children’s development through play, routines, and interaction

•

Guide behavior using positive redirection and support

•

Maintain a clean, organized, and structured classroom

•

Communicate with families and team members

•

Follow all state licensing and safety requirements

Position Expectations

•

Provide consistent supervision and ensure child safety at all times

•

Create a positive and engaging classroom environment

•

Be dependable and able to take initiative

•

Work independently and as part of a team

•

Adapt to the needs of different age groups if needed

Open Classrooms

•

Infant (6 weeks – 12 months)

•

Toddler / 2-Year-Olds

•

School Age

Qualifications

•

Experience working with children preferred

•

Previous lead experience is a plus

•

Wisconsin Registry credentials (or willingness to obtain)

•

Strong communication and classroom management skills

•

Reliable and consistent attendance

Schedule

Full-time or part-time available Monday–Friday (hours may vary based on classroom needs)

Pay

$13 – $18 per hour , based on experience and qualifications
