Entry-level SDR roles commonly focus on coachability, resilience, communication skills, and consistent activity rather than previous closing experience.

What you’ll do

Reach out to potential customers by phone, email, and LinkedIn

Start conversations and create interest in ABAX solutions

•

Book meetings for our sales team

•

Learn how to identify customer needs and qualify opportunities

•

Keep your pipeline updated in our CRM system

•

Work closely with your teammates, celebrate wins, and learn every day

Speak Finnish fluently, and comfortable using English as the office language

Experience in sales is a bonus—but it’s not required. Candidates from customer-facing backgrounds like retail, hospitality, or support often transition well into junior SDR roles.
