Overview

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Marketing Project Manager - Senior to join our Marketing team. You'll coordinate creative and design operations across multiple marketing functions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and support strategic business goals. This role sits at the center of collaboration between marketing stakeholders, creative teams, and external partners.

Purpose of the role

You'll drive the successful delivery of creative and marketing initiatives across multiple channels and departments. Your work will ensure efficient project execution, high-quality creative output, and streamlined collaboration between internal teams and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

Distribute design and creative tasks across the creative team, ensuring effective prioritization, quality control, and timely delivery aligned with marketing objectives

Review and monitor project briefs submitted by internal stakeholders, ensuring completeness, clarity, and alignment with business goals

Manage the development and execution of in-house creative marketing concepts and campaigns

Collaborate with creative, design, and advertising agencies, including briefing, vendor selection, project coordination, and documentation management

Improve collaboration processes between marketing and creative teams, identify workflow enhancements, resolve project-related conflicts, and mitigate delivery risks

Prepare project and performance reports, contributing to KPI planning, tracking, and continuous process improvement within the department

Required Experience

English proficiency at B2/C1 level.

Russian proficiency at B2/C1 level.

At least 5 years of experience in a Marketing Project Manager, Account Manager, Traffic Manager, or similar role within a marketing or advertising agency environment.

Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and campaign performance metrics.

Proven portfolio of successfully delivered creative projects and campaigns across at least two of the following areas: Digital, Events, PR, Video Production, or Web Design.

Experience managing remote and distributed teams.

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, including 2–4 large-scale projects simultaneously alongside ongoing operational tasks.

Strong working knowledge of AI tools, Jira, and Google Workspace

Nice to have

Experience in B2B marketing

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Figma

Experience working in international or fast-growing technology companies
