Job description

About /slantis

/slantis is a technology and architecture company joining forces with AEC organizations to empower their built projects with cutting-edge BIM tech, so they succeed! We are a disruptive, innovative, and creative gang, helping our clients make their work smarter, faster, and more efficient!

Join a rapid growth company working in the US market distributed between 3 offices. Learn and work with the best team ever!

Role Overview

We're looking for an Integration Systems Analyst who thrives at the intersection of people, platforms, and code. You won't just sit in meetings and hand off requirements documents — you'll partner with our Systems Engineer to design and build the n8n flows, APIs, and scripts that connect our entire business platform stack. You're equally comfortable translating a workflow problem for a non-technical teammate and writing the Python script or SQL query that fixes it. You make our internal systems actually work — not just exist. This is a hands-on, ownership-heavy role. You're not a ticket-taker — you're a builder.

Responsibilities

Platform management — day-to-day ownership of our operational stack: HubSpot, Odoo, Notion, HiBob, TeamTailor, Learnworlds, Slack, Figma, Sheets, and n8n

Integrations — design and build the connections that move data smoothly between platforms (webhooks, APIs, sync logic, n8n flows)

Automations — design and build workflow automations that remove friction from our operational processes

Code when no-code falls short — write Python or JavaScript scripts, advanced SQL queries, and custom logic where platform configuration isn't enough

Internal requests — receive, triage, and translate requirements from every team into platform changes, new modules, or improved connections

Data coordination — work with the Systems Engineer on anything that feeds the data warehouse; follow agreed schemas and quality contracts

User experience — make our internal platforms feel intuitive to the teams using them; sweat the small details that make people's day easier

Documentation — capture workflows, integrations, and changes so the team isn't running on tribal knowledge

Platform evolution — as we grow, help us move from off-the-shelf configurations toward custom-built internal tools

IT partnership — coordinate with the IT Coordinators on anything that touches identity, access, or licenses

You partner closely with our Systems Engineer , who owns our data warehouse and makes the technical decisions on how systems hold together. They're your sounding board on architecture and your guide on anything that touches data quality. You receive requests from team leads all across our organization, translating their needs into clear, deliverable work. You partner with our IT Coordinators on anything that touches identity, access, or licenses.

Competencies & Skills

Background as an Integration Analyst, Programming Analyst, Systems Engineer, or experienced Systems/Business Analyst with hands-on platform configuration work

Solid experience with business platforms — you've configured, extended, or integrated tools like HubSpot, Odoo, Notion, or similar

Strong experience with workflow automation / iPaaS tools (n8n strongly preferred; Zapier, Make, or similar acceptable)

Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth flows

Solid SQL for querying platform data and validating integration outputs

Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript — you can write the script when the no-code layer isn't enough

Strong systems thinking — you see how pieces connect before you touch anything

Sensibility for how non-technical users interact with software — you notice when something's clunky and want to fix it

High EQ for working directly with non-technical business units, running requirement workshops, and managing expectations

Strong written communication — you document what you build and what you change

Project management instincts: can scope, sequence, and deliver internal requests without dropping balls

Curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to make our teams' workflows better

Advanced or native English proficiency

Nice to have

Experience with HiBob or TeamTailor (HRIS/ATS platforms)

Google Workspace admin experience

Familiarity with Databricks or any modern data platform

Any exposure to AI-assisted development tools (think Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)

The perks of being a /slanter

Relational reward, meaningful, challenging work, and self-development with mentoring.

Formal and informal learning opportunities, conferences, and resources.

Flexibility and work-life balance policies.

/slantis on tour, on-site client support, and traveling between our offices opportunities.

The Slanter experience, lunch-and-learn, your birthday, and company gatherings.

Our Values

We bring people to our team who care about our mission to revolutionize the AEC industry through technology, and who feel aligned with our values:

The /slantis culture is one of collaboration, creativity, and diverse perspectives. We are committed to building and fostering an inclusive environment for everyone.
