We are hiring on behalf of a leading FMCG company seeking an experienced Sauces Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards.

🎯 Role Overview

The Sauces Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing production activities, supervising manufacturing teams, ensuring production targets are achieved, and maintaining product quality and operational excellence throughout the manufacturing process.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sauces production operations to ensure production plans are achieved
• Monitor production processes and optimize efficiency while minimizing waste
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor production KPIs and prepare operational reports
• Lead, coach, and develop production staff to maximize performance
• Ensure proper utilization of machinery, equipment, and production resources
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across production lines

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a Production Supervisor role
• Previous experience in Food Manufacturing, FMCG, or Sauces Production is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of production processes, food safety, and quality standards
• Experience managing production teams in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
