R&D Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager passionate about innovation and energy technology? We are looking for a driven R&D Project Manager to lead cutting-edge projects focused on improving the performance and reliability of gas turbine systems. In this role, you will take full ownership of projects from concept to delivery, working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, global environment. You’ll play a key role in driving innovation, ensuring quality, and contributing to the ongoing energy transition.

Key Responsibilities

•

Lead and manage R&D projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery and follow-up

•

Develop structured project plans and break them into actionable milestones

•

Coordinate cross-functional teams (3–10 members) and foster strong collaboration

•

Monitor schedules, costs, and quality while ensuring alignment with stakeholders and resource owners

•

Facilitate meetings and support teams in solving technical challenges with creative solutions

Qualifications

•

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an R&D environment

•

Proven ability to successfully lead complex technical projects

•

Experience with gas turbines, control systems, or power generation is highly advantageous

•

Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus

•

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
