About the role
We are looking for a freelance Serbian-speaking Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team and drive enterprise-level B2B sales across the Balkan market. In this role, you will focus on acquiring and developing relationships with enterprise clients, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value deals. You will work closely with CRM systems and internal teams to optimize performance and contribute to product and market strategy improvements.
Your responsibilities
•
Enterprise client acquisition & development. Engaging with enterprise-level prospects through calls, email, and offline meetings, leading structured sales conversations, conducting needs analysis, delivering tailored presentations, negotiating commercial terms, preparing enterprise-level proposals, visiting offline events (trade fairs and condferances)

CRM & pipeline management. Maintaining accurate and structured records of all activities in Salesforce, managing a complex sales pipeline, tracking deal progress, and optimizing conversion rates across different stages of the funnel.

Market & client insights. Collecting and analyzing feedback from enterprise clients, identifying market trends and pain points, and sharing insights with product and leadership teams to support strategic improvements.
•
Revenue & KPI ownership. Achieving defined sales KPIs, revenue targets, and contributing to the growth of the enterprise segment in the Balkan region.
Required skills and experience
•
At least 1+ year of experience in B2B sales (enterprise or complex sales experience is a strong advantage)
•
Experience working with high-value clients or long sales cycles is a plus
•
Fluent Serbian for client communication
•
Intermediate or higher level of English for internal communication with international teams
•
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
•
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and pipeline management
•
Excellent negotiation, objection handling, and consultative selling skills
•
Ability to build long-term relationships with business clients
