You'll be a key player in our growth at Commerce Core by sourcing and securing top talent and guiding candidates through a smooth and positive recruitment experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
•
Manage the hiring process from writing job descriptions and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and extending offers;
•
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and recommend process improvements;
•
Utilize various tools and platforms to source candidates effectively;
•
Serve as a brand ambassador by providing timely and transparent communication and ensuring every candidate has a positive and respectful experience;
•
Use data & metrics to analyze own productivity and drive decisions;
•
Stay up-to-date with market changes, salary benchmarks, and industry trends, providing strategic insights.
WHAT WE EXPECT
•
Experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Candidates Sourcer;
•
Proven record in hiring for both tech and non-tech roles;
•
Skilled in entering new talent markets and delivering creative global talent acquisition solutions;
•
Ability to deliver recruitment projects on time and switch between different positions;
•
Proactive mindset, can-do attitude and eagerness to achieve great results;
•
Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal.

Salary range: from 2000 - 3000 EUR (Gross) according to qualifications;
