PDI Manager - Hambro Hill

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a PDI Manager to be responsible for the day to day running of our large vehicle compound in Hambro Hill. The role involves effective organisation and managing the general logistics of the site – ensuring vehicles are effectively prepped and moved so that we can deliver the first-class level of service that our customers expect, via the leadership of the on-site team of Technicians and Drivers.

This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a basic salary of up to £42,000. This position reports to the Divisional Director.

Previous Experience

To be considered for this position you will need a background in logistics or aftersales, along with a good understanding of the technical requirements around preparing vehicles for delivery. We also look for the following skills and experience:

Able to work in a busy environment as part of a team

•

Fantastic organisational skills

•

Full UK driving licence

Key Duties and Responsibilities

•

Managing the performance of the PDI Department to ensure that KPIs are achieved

•

Driving the performance of the team to maximise site efficiency

•

Understanding and ensuring compliance to individual Brand standards

•

Working in collaboration with the Sales department to ensure vehicle standards are correct and delivery times are met

•

Ensuring all recall & warranty work is processed promptly and efficiently in-line with the manufacturer’s guidelines

•

Ensuring site security is followed & maintained
