Semi Skilled Technician - Rayleigh OMODA Jaecoo, KIA & Ford

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Semi Skilled Vehicle Technician to join our OMODA dealership in Rayleigh. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager this position is offered on a full time 45 hour working contract paying £29,7410, Monday – Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturday’s and an OTE of £33,000 .

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:

ü A full UK driving licence

ü Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles

ü Fantastic verbal and written English skills

ü Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)

Key Responsibilities and Duties

· Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded

· Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training

· Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards

· Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes
