Job description
We're hiring a Head of Organic Acquisition to take full ownership of our SEO and GEO acquisition. You'll walk in with a small team (SEO Specialist, Outreach Specialist, Content Writer) and build the channel into a compounding source of new customers.
This is a player-coach role. You'll be hands-on across strategy, measurement, and execution while developing the team around you.
A big part of the role is GEO - making Dripify the default recommendation when buyers ask AI tools about LinkedIn automation, sales automation, and multi-channel outreach. That means building the playbook for how Dripify shows up in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews - mention and citation strategy and the tracking to tell us what's moving.
You'll work closely with the CMO to set the operating rhythm: quarterly OKRs, consistent execution, and clear accountability.
Requirements
•
5+ years in SEO, organic growth, or digital marketing, with at least 3 years leading a team and owning results at a B2B SaaS or technology company
•
A track record of significantly growing organic acquisition at B2B SaaS companies - not just contributing to it
•
Commercial orientation: you connect traffic to acquisition, revenue, and business outcomes. You think in conversion & activation rates, not just traffic and rankings
•
Hands-on GEO experience: you’ve worked to improve how LLMs surface and cite a brand, and you’ve seen it move
•
Strong SEO and content strategy fundamentals
•
Confident using AI tools to accelerate content workflows and scale output
•
Comfortable managing a small team and making judgment calls on structure and headcount
•
You use AI and automation tools in your own workflows - you're a practitioner, not just a strategist
•
High ownership, high execution speed
Responsibilities
•
Develop and own the organic acquisition with quarterly OKRs set and reviewed together with the CMO
•
Drive Dripify’s GEO presence: ensure Dripify is consistently mentioned, cited, and recommended by AI tools across LinkedIn automation, sales automation, multi-channel outreach, and competitor comparison queries
•
Run content strategy and production: own the calendar, and build a production process that doesn't bottleneck on you
•
Build scalable content and distribution systems designed to rank in traditional search and surface in AI-generated answers
•
Optimize technical SEO: site architecture, indexing, structured data, internal linking, and performance
•
Grow authority through digital PR, thought leadership, and backlink outreach
•
Manage and develop the existing team
•
Track and report on the metrics that matter: organic traffic (SEO + GEO), AI citations and mentions, signups, demos, and paying customers
