Job description

Camphouse is building the next generation of media operations. Our platform helps advertisers and agencies streamline campaigns, reduce manual work, and create full transparency across the media supply chain. We’re growing fast across international markets, and we’re just getting started.

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to drive expansion long-term growth across North America, and position Camphouse as the leading platform in our category.

💼 The role

You will own enterprise sales across the North American region. This includes building relationships with global advertisers, growing agency and partner networks, and taking global ownership of key strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

Lead full sales cycles and close multi-market enterprise deals.

Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CMOs, CFOs, and agencies.

Take global responsibility for 1–3 strategic accounts, driving adoption, expansion, and renewals.

Maintain pipeline and exceed ARR targets.

Position Camphouse competitively and feed client insights into product and marketing strategies.

Collaborate with agencies and partners to expand reach in the region.

⭐️ About you

7–10+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience in North America.

Proven success selling to global advertisers, agencies, or MarTech/AdTech ecosystems.

Experience managing global accounts and C-level relationships.

Strong understanding of American media markets.

Strategic hunter with senior account leadership skills.

Fluent in English (additional languages is a plus).

Experience in fast-growing SaaS companies is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar; MBA/advanced degree a plus.
