The role We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (f/m/d) Germany to drive market development and build our local business. Reporting to the Global Sales Manager, this role offers a unique opportunity to establish a strong market position, combining hands-on sales with a long-term perspective on growth and team development—supported by an experienced international organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of our market strategy in Germany

Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships

Establish a strong and credible market presence built on quality and trust

Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline

Adapt and position our portfolio to meet local market needs

Collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams across the group

Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Recruit and develop a local team as the business grows

Your Profile / Requirements

10+ years of experience in building technology or home automation

Strong track record in sales and market development

Experience in building and/or leading teams is a clear advantage

Solid knowledge of KNX systems is a strong plus

Native‑level German and fluent English

Structured, self‑driven mindset with a long‑term perspective

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures

A mindset aligned with quality, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth
