DUTY MANAGER

OTE: £33,000 – £38,000 per annum

Zest Leisure Group is a privately owned company and one of the most successful franchise groups within the Anytime Fitness UK & Ireland network.

We are now looking for an ambitious, energetic, and service-driven Duty Manager to join our team.

The Role

As Duty Manager, you will support the ongoing success of the club through exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and strong sales performance.

You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for members while supporting the day-to-day operations of the club.

Key Responsibilities

Support the ongoing growth and success of the club

Drive membership sales and support lead generation activity

Deliver exceptional service throughout the member journey

Support day-to-day operational tasks within the club

Support the fitness function, including group exercise and personal training

Act as a brand ambassador at all times

Lead by example with professionalism and integrity

Support marketing campaigns, outreach activity, and club promotions

Ensure operational standards and health & safety procedures are maintained

Your Commitment

This is a full-time position working 5 days per week. Shift patterns include mornings, evenings, and some weekends (1 in 4), as standard within the leisure industry.

Experience & Education

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Fitness industry experience: 1 year (required)
