Velox Electro Nordics is one of the fastest-growing electrical contractors in the Nordics, delivering large-scale data centre projects across Northern Europe.

We are currently looking for a proactive and service-minded HR Assistant to support our growing operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the largest data centre developments in the Nordics, supporting a diverse and international workforce in a dynamic project environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position with regular working hours Monday to Friday and will play an important role in supporting employees, managers and day-to-day project operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily support and assistance to employees and managers

Assist with onboarding activities for new employees

Maintain and update employee records and HR systems

Follow up on documentation, certifications and training records

Support accommodation, travel arrangements and practical employee matters

Assist with absence management and sickness follow-up

Coordinate communication between employees, HR, planning and site management

Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive employee experience on site

Contribute to maintaining a professional, safe and positive working environment

Help with time registrations on site

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Candidates with substantial relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications

Previous experience within HR, administration, recruitment, employee support, payroll administration or similar functions

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Good computer skills and ability to work across multiple systems

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent Norwegian and English, both written and spoken

Structured and detail-oriented

Comfortable working independently while working closely with the wider team

Able to build trust and maintain positive relationships with employees from different backgrounds and nationalities

Solution-oriented with a positive attitude
