Workster is partnering with an international customer experience provider to recruit a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Advisor for a leading global technology project. In this role, you’ll work with established business clients, supporting them with renewals, upgrades, and tailored technology solutions while driving long-term customer value.
Your Role
•
Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of B2B clients within an assigned territory
•
Achieve revenue targets through renewals, cross-sell and upsell opportunities
•
Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales interactions via phone and email
•
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and services
•
Guide customers through onboarding and encourage optimal product adoption
•
Identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities using data and CRM insights
•
Handle objections professionally and navigate competitive scenarios
•
Maintain accurate forecasts (weekly / monthly / quarterly) and pipeline updates
•
Collaborate closely with internal teams, partners, and distributors
•
Keep CRM records up to date and ensure full visibility of client activity
Your Qualifications
•
Native or C2 level Dutch (spoken and written)
•
English at C1 level
•
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally phone-based
•
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
•
Results-driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
•
Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
•
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
•
Confidence using CRM systems (experience with Dynamics or similar is a plus)
•
Solid PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
