Service Assistant

Vitec Visiolink is looking for a reliable and practical Service Assistant who enjoys keeping things clean, tidy, and running smoothly. This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role where your main focus will be to take care of our office spaces and help ensure a pleasant workday for everyone.

You’ll be a valued part of our administrative team, with regular, predictable tasks and a stable weekly schedule.

What the job includes

Most of your time will be spent on practical, routine tasks like:

•

Cleaning shared areas, restrooms, and the kitchen

•

Preparing and tidying up after lunch

•

Set up meeting rooms

•

Refilling coffee and basic kitchen supplies

•

Watering plants and keeping things neat

•

Running small errands, like picking up parcels or groceries

There may also be very simple computer tasks , like updating a checklist or placing online orders — no advanced IT skills are needed.

Practical information

The position is 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday 7.30 – 14.00. A lunch is included, as well as access to employee benefits and events.

We are located on the 8th floor of Europahuset at Europaplads 2, 8. 8000 Aarhus C.
