Your key responsibilities

Oversee the team's workflow, ensuring good cooperation across departments

Support team members to ensure that five-star service standards are maintained at all times

•

Deliver discreet, understated, tailored, and timely service whilst sharing your knowledge and best practice with the team

•

Remain focused on delivering excellence and seeking feedback from guests

•

Be knowledgeable about the hotel and our products, and actively seek opportunities to promote them

•

Communicate regularly on the progress of tasks and consistently deliver on time to an excellent standard

£34,500 expected package (includes base salary plus qualified estimate of service charge)
