Your key responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of its locations and team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

The successful candidate will be joining our newly refurbished Spa, rooted in the rhythms of the Mediterranean, Irene Forte Spa is a serene world of holistic wellbeing and restorative calm in the heart of Edinburgh.

Discover bespoke rituals using Irene Forte Skincare’s award-winning vegan products (Manicurist, Davines), innovative therapies with volcanic stones and quartz, and advanced technologies including LYMA Laser Pro and Tri Energy.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will

Be able to perform all guest care and treatments offered in our Spa Brochure

•

Deliver outstanding customer service and care to our guests

•

Ensure the expectations of our guests are met at all times, and they feel pampered

•

Act naturally in all your communications

•

Be knowledgeable about the hotel and our products

•

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards

•

Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and referrals

The successful candidate will be able to work a flexible rota, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, to support our business needs over 5 working days and totalling 39 hours per week.

Our minimum requirements

•

A minimum of 2 years as an experienced therapist in a 5 star environment.

•

HND level 3 in Beauty or Holistic Therapy is required
