You are an experienced ecommerce and product manager with a proven track record of building, executing and scaling entertainment or family friendly IP into successful product ranges. You thrive in fast-moving, creator-led environments and are excited to build a consumer products function from the ground up.

What We Are Looking For

Milo & Chip is one of Spawnpoint Media’s fastest growing IP brands, reaching millions of Gen Alpha viewers globally though premium digital content, with watch minutes on the same level as giants like Bluey and Spongebob. As we expand beyond content into global consumer products, we are seeking an ecommerce and product manager to define, build and scale both our digital and consumer products globally.

This is a foundational role - responsible for turning a high-growth digital IP into a global consumer products engine across a range of categories including digital products like skins, toys, softlines, games, publishing, apparel, digital products and emerging categories.

The Opportunity

You will own the end-to-end global digital and physical products activity for Spawnpoint Media IP - from product roadmaps through to operational systems, product approvals and P&L performance.

This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution and will suit someone excited to build a global CP function within a creator-led, fast scaling business and is adept at getting their hands dirty.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

Develop owned product roadmaps for all Spawnpoint Media IP

Own product development from concept to execution.

Source and manage third party relationships with manufacturers, distributors and other suppliers

Work closely with marketing and creative to ensure products align with brand IP

Oversee asset management and quality control frameworks

Ensure compliance with global toy safety and regulatory standards

Work closely with designers and developers to make digital products within Minecraft Marketplace guidelines

Ecommerce platforms

Set up, own and manage SPM online storefront using ecommerce platforms like Shopify

Build ecommerce architecture to seamlessly integrate point of sale with customer service, distribution and inventory management

Optimise ecommerce platforms for SEO

Manage customer satisfaction, enquiries and issues

Inventory Management / Admin

Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure customer satisfaction and optimise revenue

Structure, negotiate and oversee manufacturing and distribution agreements.

Engage third party suppliers to ensure best value for money and quality that aligns with SPM standards

Strategy

Define and execute a multi-year ecommerce and consumer products roadmap aligned to SPM’s IP growth.

Identify whitespace opportunities across physical, digital and experiential categories.

Align product strategy with content roadmap, audience insights and seasonal moments

Steward and protect brand integrity while driving commercial outcomes.

International Delivery

Navigate territory specific regulations, retail landscapes and cultural nuances to ensure product sales are compliant with local tax and regulations.

P&L Ownership & Reporting

Own revenue forecasting, budgeting and margin performance.

Provide executive reporting on performance, risk and growth opportunities.

Own product COGS, margin modelling and financial performance.

Team & Function Build

Build and lead the ecommerce and consumer products function as it scales.

Develop repeatable systems and governance models for long-term growth.

Work with internal artists and designers from product conception through to delivery.

Work with and manage external vendors such as manufacturers and logistics to ensure product compliance.

Events

Plan and execute merchandise events as required

Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a commercially astute, AI-savvy, merchandise wiz who understands how to turn youth IP into meaningful, scalable consumer product businesses.

You are likely someone who has -

5+ years experience in consumer products, toys, ecommerce or entertainment/creator IP businesses.

Led or significantly contributed to the consumer products function with a youth, family or entertainment IP brand.

Explicit experience with global ecommerce platforms like shopify

Deep understanding of international toy & child safety, testing, regulatory and compliance standards

Owned revenue targets and commercial performance, not just partnership management.

Operated across multiple territories and understands the nuances of international expansion.

Can use AI to automate normally tedious and time-consuming tasks

Experience managing merchandise for a creator is highly regarded

You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, moving fast, and making pragmatic decisions in a scaling environment. You can think long-term about franchise value while executing short-term merchandise drops.

Importantly, you understand the pace of digital-native brands. You appreciate how content performance, audience behavior and data insights can directly inform product category expansion and launch timing.
