To strengthen our position at the forefront of this global market, we are expanding our team in Switzerland, Allschwil.

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a high-performance environment. As a Lead Manager, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales process from first contact to contract signature, and proactively identify additional sales opportunities.

You will work closely with Sales Managers and Customer Account Managers in further developing customer relationships, preparing proposals, and driving strategic sales initiatives for the Digital Tech Ops Ecosystem.

Enterprise SaaS Account Executive

Bid or Tender Manager in a software environment

Presales or Solution Consultant looking for greater commercial ownership

Aviation or MRO commercial professional with customer-facing experience

Tasks

Sales Process Management

Manage the complete sales process from first contact to contract signature.

Coordinate and lead tender responses (RFIs, RFPs) by collecting and consolidating input from relevant departments.

Elaborate financial and commercial offers in line with internal approval procedures.

Prepare and customize AMOS standard agreements, including coordination of initial commercial negotiations.

Ensure consistent application of sales processes, alignment on pricing practices, and regular exchange on regional market needs.

Ensure that all lead and opportunity data are accurately maintained in the CRM system.

Coordinate customer presentations, demonstrations, and site visits.

Business Development

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure trust and long-term cooperation.

Map customer stakeholders and develop tailored communication strategies for each opportunity.

Actively represent the company in customer meetings, presentations, and relevant industry events or exhibitions.

Provide punctual support to the Marketing team for local events or campaigns when relevant to ongoing leads or business development activities.

Skills

Proven experience in B2B software sales is essential; a solid understanding of software sales processes is a must. Knowledge of the aviation industry is a strong advantage

Comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle, including tender preparation, negotiation, and contract finalization

Demonstrated ability to coordinate input across departments and manage complex customer engagements

Strong organisational and negotiation abilities, with a high level of accuracy and follow-through.

Keen eye for detail and ability to produce high-quality, well-structured content

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Hubspot or Zoho) and MS Office applications

Self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented, with a collaborative and professional approach

Excellent command of English; additional languages are an asset

Bachelor or Master's degree in sales & marketing, business administration, economics, or closely related commercial field
