As part of our international expansion, we are establishing our Swiss-AS presence in Dubai and are looking for a onsite Consultants to build our regional team.

Tasks

Local Customer Relationship

•

Act as the onsite Consultants team for the Middle East region, representing Swiss-AS towards airlines and MRO customers.

•

Build and develop long-term customer relationships and identify business opportunities within the region.

•

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong regional experience in the Middle East and an established network within airlines, MROs, and aviation stakeholders in the GCC region.

AMOS Project Delivery

•

Lead AMOS implementation projects across the full lifecycle from initiation to Go-Live.

•

Define scope, timelines, and resource planning, ensuring successful delivery aligned with customer and business objectives.

•

Manage stakeholders across the customer's organization and internal teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Tech Ops Digital Consulting

•

Advise customers on aviation business processes, best practices, and digital transformation strategies.

•

Drive adoption and optimization of AMOS, Aviatar, and flydocs solutions within airline and MRO environments.

•

Lead workshops, address customer challenges, and translate requirements into scalable solutions.

•

Ensure consistent application of methodologies, standards, and best practices across the region.

•

Act as a knowledge leader, sharing expertise across projects and teams.

Skills

•

Strong experience in airline or MRO environments, ideally within Technical Operations.

•

Proven track record in leading digital implementation or consulting projects.

•

Solid working experience in the Middle East aviation market, with a clear understanding of regional dynamics and customer expectations.

•

Established network within airlines, MROs, and aviation stakeholders in the GCC region.

•

Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and identify business opportunities.

Technical & Functional Expertise

•

Expert-level knowledge of AMOS and/or comparable MRO/ERP systems.

•

Strong understanding of digital transformation topics, including system integration, mobility, and process optimization.

•

Experience in project management methodologies; PMP or equivalent is a plus.

Leadership & Personal Skills

•

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

•

Structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in complex, dynamic environments.

•

Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. Arabic or German) are a plus.
