We’re looking for a Senior Contract Support Partner to lead a team responsible for high-volume invoicing and billing, ensuring accuracy, strong financial control, and delivery against KPIs and SLAs.

About the Role
In this role, you will
•
Lead, manage and develop a team of Contract Support Partners
•
Set KPIs, SLAs and performance targets aligned to business objectives
•
Monitor team productivity, accuracy and overall performance
•
Oversee end-to-end invoicing and weekly billing submissions
•
Ensure invoices are accurate, validated and processed within deadlines
•
Act as escalation point for complex billing and reconciliation issues
•
Manage stakeholder relationships across finance, ops and supply chain
•
Oversee query resolution and ensure timely communication
•
Maintain strong financial controls, audit trails and compliance
•
Monitor reporting, track performance trends and highlight risks
•
Drive continuous improvements across billing processes and systems
