Full Time, 1 day a week work from home

Up to £26,000 per annum plus uncapped commission

Our Healthcare recruitment division, Pulse Mental Health , is expanding and we’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Turnford team on the Psychology desk.

Pulse Mental Health is part of Acacium Group, a global healthcare solutions partner offering staffing, managed services, and innovative delivery models to health and social care systems and the life sciences industry.

💡 About the Role

In this role, you will

Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.

Source, screen, and interview Mental Health professionals looking for positions.

Provide excellent levels of customer service by appreciating the requirements of the role and ensuring this is suitably matched to the candidate.

Conduct new business development calls to foster relationships within clients.

Account manage clients to build strong relationships to generate repeat and exclusive business opportunities.

Ensure that commercial risk is mitigated through effective interaction with managed/neutral vendors.
