IPTV/OTT System Engineer

Join our team as a System Engineer and help develop modern TV systems in an IT environment!

We are looking for a passionate about networking and multimedia technologies who will support the installation, integration, and management of IPTV, Broadcast TV, and OTT systems.

Your responsibilities

•

Installation and integration of TV and mobile systems (IPTV, OTT)

•

Remote monitoring and management of devices and systems (hardware and software)

•

Troubleshooting Linux-based systems running on both physical and virtual machines

•

Providing technical support to customers and internal teams

•

Managing and monitoring IPTV/OTT services.

Requirements

•

Knowledge of configuring Cisco/Juniper routers and switches, understanding of routing protocols; CCNA is a plus

•

Solid understanding of network rules, including firewalls

•

Familiarity with REST APIs and web-based applications

•

Experience with Windows Server and Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)

•

Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, Cassandra)

•

Experience with Docker environments

•

Hands-on experience in remote troubleshooting of network, application, and server issues using ticketing systems

•

Excellent communication skills

•

Teamwork and accountability

•

Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in critical situations

•

Availability for on-call duties and business travel

•

Polish language – minimum C2

•

English – minimum B1 (ability to read and understand technical documentation).

Nice to have

•

B category driving license

•

Knowledge of MPEG/DVB, MPEG-DASH/HLS, IPTV, OTT

•

Familiarity with VMware/Hyper-V.
