Cake Maker – Jeddah, KSA

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative Cake Maker to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing and decorating cakes, desserts, and pastries while maintaining high-quality standards, hygiene, and presentation. The candidate must be passionate about baking and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, desserts, and other bakery items.

-Design and decorate cakes according to customer requests and company standards.

-Prepare cake fillings, creams, frostings, and toppings.

-Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

-Monitor stock levels and inform management of ingredient shortages.

-Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and workstations.

-Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

-Handle baking equipment and tools properly and safely.

-Assist in developing new cake designs and dessert menu ideas.

Requirements

-Previous experience as a Cake Maker, Pastry Chef, or Baker.

-Strong knowledge of baking techniques and cake decoration.

-Creativity and attention to detail.

-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

-Good communication and teamwork skills.

-Experience in fondant, buttercream, and custom cake decoration is preferred.

-Candidates must be currently based in KSA.

-Valid transferable Iqama is preferred.
