Job description

TradingView is the world’s largest financial analysis platform with more than 100M users across 180+ countries.

We build tools that help traders and investors make informed decisions — from advanced charting and market data to collaboration and publishing features. Our products are used daily by millions of individuals and trusted by companies like Revolut, Binance, and CME Group.

We’re continuing to grow and scale our platform, and we’re looking for people who care about product quality, take ownership of their work, and want to build systems used by a global audience.

About the team

Mobile SDET team responsible for the sustainable quality of TradingView's iOS and Android applications. We are an enabler — not a bottleneck. Our scope goes beyond writing autotests: we own the test automation infrastructure, define standards, integrate quality tooling (Allure TestOps, CI/CD, reporting), and empower product teams to ship features confidently and own quality themselves.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain test automation infrastructure for iOS and Android: CI/CD pipelines, test frameworks, reporting

Define and evolve standards for writing autotests on iOS and Android (structure, patterns, code style, reviews)

Maintain a unified testing framework and reusable components (helpers, page objects, fixtures, page-stable APIs)

Help product teams with tricky UI cases, flaky tests, and non-trivial automation scenarios Integrate and roll out quality tools across product teams (Allure TestOps, analytics, observability, metrics)

Develop and improve Fastlane / Ruby pipelines for mobile CI/CD

Mentor developers and QA engineers in product teams on automation best practices

Drive flaky-test management and stability improvements end-to-end

Pilot, research, and roll out new mobile QA tooling (test management, performance, accessibility)

Share knowledge and best practices with the wider SDET and QA community

What makes you the perfect fit

3+ years of experience as a Mobile SDET, Mobile QA Automation Engineer, or in a similar role

Strong hands-on experience with iOS (XCUITest, XCTest) and Android (Espresso, JUnit) test automation

Proficient in Swift and Kotlin for writing maintainable autotest code

Experience with Ruby and Fastlane for mobile CI/CD pipelines

Solid understanding of mobile testing methodologies and the test pyramid

Experience designing and maintaining test frameworks and reusable test components

Experience integrating and operating test reporting/management tooling

Experience in diagnosing and reducing flakiness in mobile test suites

Strong communication and collaboration skills: able to work across QA, product, and engineering teams

Self-driven, able to define and prioritize work in an enabler role without daily oversight

Will be a plus

Experience in finance or trading domain

Familiarity with TradingView as a product

Experience with mobile device farms (self-hosted or commercial)

Background in performance, accessibility, or observability tooling for mobile

Prior experience as a tech lead or mentor in an SDET / automation team
