Engineering Manager Desktop Team

About the team

We are developing the TradingView Desktop application — a full-featured desktop version of the platform for Windows, macOS, and Linux that gives users reliable and convenient access to all key TradingView tools.

Our team owns the entire development lifecycle: from feature implementation and cross-platform builds to testing, releases, and infrastructure support.

Responsibilities

•

Plan and coordinate the team's work, including sprint planning, prioritization, and task distribution.

•

Participate in designing and reviewing architectural solutions.

•

Own infrastructure-related tasks, including build processes, containerization, and update delivery.

•

Coordinate the development of new features and facilitate collaboration within the team.

•

Ensure release quality and maintain the overall technical health of the application.

What makes you the perfect fit

•

Experience managing a software development team of at least 3 engineers.

•

Strong expertise in TypeScript and React.

•

Hands-on experience with Electron.

•

Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cross-platform build processes.

•

Knowledge of desktop application development specifics on Windows and/or macOS
