THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Media Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of managing and growing a portfolio of NZME customers. Your role will involve crafting innovative media solutions that enhance our market profile, driving sales targets, and exploring new business opportunities. You’ll work collaboratively, ensuring that every campaign is audience-driven and impactful.

HOW YOU’LL DO IT

Account Management & Growth: Develop and implement dynamic, audience-driven advertising campaigns using NZME’s extensive product range. Drive account growth year-on-year and seize new business development opportunities.

Self-Management: Provide accurate reporting and forecasting. Fully utilise CRM tools and adhere to NZME’s business guidelines. Stay self-motivated and target-driven.

Planning & Organisational Skills: Efficiently manage time and priorities to meet deadlines. Liaise effectively in planning meetings to ensure optimal delivery. Foster strong communication within your team and operate with a company-wide mindset.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll bring a minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience and success in sales or account management, ideally in media or a related field.

A relevant degree or strong knowledge of the NZ and broader media markets.

Proven ability to meet targets and develop strategic campaigns.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

You’ll be a team player, with innovative thinking and strong customer relationship skills.
