What you’ll be doing
•
Implement procurement strategies to meet the company’s operational and financial objectives.
•
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
•
Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records and procurement documentation.
•
Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
•
Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
•
Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks to make informed purchasing decisions.
•
Prepare and analyze procurement reports, including cost analysis, savings, and supplier performance metrics.
•
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards in all procurement activities.
What we’d love for you to have
•
University degree
•
3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related roles, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
•
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
•
Knowledge of market trends, supplier management, and cost optimization strategies.
