Fixed-Term Deck Officer Opportunities on the Horizon!

As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for experienced and motivated Deck Officers to join our Ro-Pax service between Långnäs and Naantali.

We are offering fixed-term positions with immediate start or as agreed during the summer and autumn of 2026.

Fjärdvägen sails under the Finnish flag and operates daily between Långnäs (Åland) and Naantali (Finland). The work rotation follows a 1:1 schedule , with two weeks onboard followed by two weeks off.

The official working and safety language onboard is English , while skills in Finnish and Swedish are considered an advantage.

Who are you?

We’re looking for professionals who have

Valid STCW certifications appropriate for the position (Deck Officer II/1 )

•

Relevant professional experience and qualifications

•

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

•

A positive attitude and commitment to high safety and environmental standards
