Scheduling Coordinator

Position: Scheduling Coordinator – Installation & Field Operations

Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (maternity cover, approx. 12 months)

Location: Kingswinford, West Midlands

Salary: £29,671 per annum

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to join the field / customer operations team at Stiltz Homelifts, based at our Head Office in Kingswinford, West Midlands.

What you'll do

•

Scheduling and coordinating homelift installations across the UK, working directly with customers and field-based installation teams

•

Acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their installation journey, keeping them informed at every stage

•

Optimising engineer schedules to maximise efficiency and minimise disruption

•

Monitoring live schedules and making real-time adjustments, reallocating resources as needed

•

Building strong customer relationships and resolving any issues promptly

What we're looking for

•

Experience in a scheduling, resource planning, or field operations coordination role

•

Strong customer service skills — confident communicating with both customers and technical field teams

•

Good UK geographical knowledge, ideally gained scheduling or planning for a nationwide field-based workforce

•

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and ideally experienced with CRM or scheduling software

•

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to change

•

A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to work independently when needed
