Job Description

We are looking for a Native Greek speaking VIP Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The account manager’s role is to provide fast and accurate service to our most loyal customers and to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers for retention purposes. If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behaviour, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities include

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Provide fast, accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tooll

Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Take the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Promoting a “Safer Gaming” philosophy

Staying UpToDate on rules, processes, and licensing needs.

What we are looking for

Fluent in English, Native Greek is a requirement

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Willingness to work within an international team

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Excellent communication skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Computer literacy

Ability to perform under pressure

Accountability and conscientiousness

Proven customer service experience handling VIP Clients would be considered an advantage

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices will be considered as an advantage
