Senior Software Developer

We're hiring an Senior Software Developer to join our crew at QOCO Systems!

We’re looking for developers who are AI-native in their approach to software development . Developers who actively leverage AI tooling to boost productivity, while still maintaining strong engineering fundamentals.

At QOCO, we develop SaaS solutions that help global airlines and MROs (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) turn complex data into smooth operations and reduced aircraft downtime. As an AI-Native Developer, you’ll play a key role in building scalable systems and helping us rethink how modern software is developed.

What you’ll be doing

•

Building scalable SaaS solutions using C#/.NET or Node.js on the backend and TypeScript/React on the frontend

•

Working in an AI-native development environment , using tools such as Copilot and Claude Code

•

Exploring and adopting new AI-driven development tools that improve productivity and engineering efficiency

•

Contributing to the technical direction and architecture of our core products

•

Collaborating closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions

What we’re looking for

•

Strong full-stack development skills

•

Solid experience with Node.js or C#/.NET on the backend

•

Experience with TypeScript and React

•

AI-native mindset: actively using AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and rethink traditional engineering workflows.

•

Experience with Docker and cloud environments

•

Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

•

Fluent in English , written and spoken

Nice to have

•

Experience designing scalable software architectures

•

Knowledge of secure software design/cybersecurity
