Triband
Senior Producer
Salary
Job description
Do you enjoy keeping a team moving without getting in the way? Are you the kind of producer who loves making work life easier for your team through process? And are you also quite silly?
We're expanding one of our games and looking for a Senior Producer to help drive new content and features for our players. You'll work very closely with the executive producer and game director, supporting them in setting a clear production plan within time and budget constraints, while making sure the team has everything they need to do their best work.
You'll also be part of a cross-studio producer team where you can exchange ideas, challenge each other, and share knowledge and complementary skills.
Here's what that looks like day to day
•
Implement and refine production processes and tools, shaping how we work and grow as a studio
•
Drive the project forward by removing roadblocks and keeping delivery dates realistic
•
Facilitate the team’s day-to-day rhythm (stand-ups, planning, reviews, post-mortems)
•
Plan updates, roadmaps, and marketing beats together with the leads, and communicate plans clearly to stakeholders
•
Manage the project long-term: priorities, scope, timelines, risks, and follow-up
•
Take on team and people responsibility, including 1:1s, development reviews, and salary conversations
Last, but not least: There's plenty of room to shape this role to fit you.
Must-haves
•
Experience going through at least one full game production cycle
•
Experience as a producer on at least one shipped game
•
Experience with live service and online games
•
Experience working with external stakeholders
•
A deep understanding of the game development process
•
A strong belief in nurturing team wellbeing because a sustainable pace and motivation directly shape the quality of what ships
•
Experience with people management (development talks, hiring, 1:1s) and team production (version control, stand-ups, sprints, reviews)
•
You’re ready to tell us where we’re going wrong and help us improve
What always matters to us at Triband
We've always believed that games are made by teams, not solo superstars, and good ideas can come from anyone. We love people who bring curiosity, generosity, flexibility, and strong opinions, especially when those opinions come with reasoning, openness, and a willingness to validate ideas properly.
We also care a lot about experimentation. Sometimes the weird idea is not the right fit. Sometimes the weird idea is the entire game! The trick is being able to explore it together, learn from it, and not get too precious when the experience tells us we're wrong.
Practicalities
•
We don't offer relocation support or visa sponsorship for this role.
•
We work a 37-hour work week, with core hours 10-15, and the freedom to start and finish anywhere between 7 and 18.

We work on-site at our cozy office in central Copenhagen.
•
No crunch. People over deadlines.
•
Our working language is English.
We offer
•
Silly but ambitious projects, and the chance to work on and impact great games that reach millions of players.
•
A playful and ambitious work environment where experimentation is encouraged.
•
Friendly and kind colleagues who love making each other laugh as much as making games.
•
A professional development budget to invest in your growth.
•
Social activities like Friday bars, hobby nights, board game nights, team events, you name it.
•
Daily lunch at a local restaurant just a walk across the lakes away, with plant-based options (and soft ice on Thursdays).
•
Six weeks of vacation (five standard plus one extra on us).
•
Paid parental leave at full salary for the periods covered by state reimbursement.
•

WHAT THE TRIBAND?
Triband is the award-winning studio behind the WHAT THE? comedy game series, which is played by millions worldwide. From our home in central Copenhagen, more than 60 wonderful humans are united by our mission to make everyone laugh. To do so, we focus on exploring comedy through gameplay. We like to break player expectations, use wonderful music, slick art, and create a quirky atmosphere. We experiment a lot, and it doesn't always work out, but we always learn something.
We put people first and strive to create a safe and creative working environment. We believe that teams, not individuals, make games, and we believe diversity makes for better teams. For these reasons, we look for people who bring new perspectives and will challenge us and our way of doing things.
