🎯 The Role

As a Data Analyst , you will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business , helping transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support business, compliance, and operational decision-making .

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment and contribute to data-driven initiatives that improve reporting, controls, and business performance .

📍 Job location: Porto or Lisbon (Hybrid) 🕒 Contract type: Employee 🗓 Target start date: ASAP ⏰ Working hours: Full-time (40h/week) 💵 Compensation: €35,000 – €45,000/year

In this role, you will

Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.

Translate business needs into data workflows and reporting solutions .

•

Develop Dataiku workflows and reconciliation processes .

•

Create impactful Power BI dashboards and visualizations .

•

Monitor data quality and perform validation activities .

•

Generate actionable insights to support decision-making .

•

Support compliance, controls, and operational reporting initiatives .

👤 What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

•

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.

•

3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Analytics .

•

Dataiku DSS experience .

•

Strong Power BI skills .

•

Advanced SQL knowledge .

•

Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and reporting .

•

Strong analytical and communication skills .

•

Fluency in English .

•

Must be a Portuguese or European citizen , or hold a valid work permit for Portugal.

Nice-to-haves

•

Python .

•

Banking or Financial Services experience.

•

Data Governance exposure .

•

Regulatory reporting knowledge.

•

French language skills .

•

Alteryx or similar workflow automation tools.

Bottom of the range You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

Middle of the range You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.

Top of the range You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.

Final offers are based on experience, autonomy, scope, and market context , and are discussed transparently during the process.
