🎯 The Role

As a CRM & Adobe Campaign Specialist, you will work at the intersection of marketing operations, technology, and customer engagemen t, leading CRM campaigns that drive business impact and customer experience.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment and play a key role in campaign governance, stakeholder management, and operational excellence .

📍 Job location: Porto or Lisbon (Hybrid) 🕒 Contract type: Employee 🗓 Target start date: ASAP ⏰ Working hours: Full-time (40h/week) 💵 Compensation: €35,000 – €45,000/year

💥 Your Impact

In this role, you will

•

Lead the execution and coordination of CRM marketing campaigns.

•

Act as the primary liaison between marketing stakeholders and campaign operations team s.

•

Monitor campaign performance and delivery KPIs.

•

Produce campaign reports and performance insights.

•

Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

•

Support and mentor junior CRM Campaign Assistant s.

•

Ensure campaign quality, consistency, and compliance with established processes.

👤 What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

•

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communication, or related field.

•

5+ years of experience in CRM Campaign Management, Marketing Operations, or Marketing Automation.

•

Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign .

•

Experience managing end-to-end campaign delivery .

•

Strong expertise in campaign targeting, segmentation, and execution.

•

Experience with KPI monitoring and campaign reporting.

•

Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

•

Fluency in English (B2 minimum).

•

Must be a Portuguese or European cit izen, or hold a valid work permit for Portugal.

Nice-to-haves

•

French language skills .

•

Previous mentoring or team leadership experience.

•

Advanced reporting capabilities.

•

Exposure to international marketing environments.

Final offers are based on experience, autonomy, scope, and market context , and are discussed transparently during the process.
