At INHAUS, we are partnering with a leading multinational healthcare company in the search for a Sales Manager to lead commercial strategy and business development in the Dominican Republic.

We are looking for a professional with strong commercial experience, the ability to lead high-performing teams, and a strategic mindset, eager to take on a high-impact role within an organization recognized for innovation and excellence.

Your impact in this role

You will be responsible for leading a commercial team, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful execution of the company's strategy in the market.

You will play a key role in building relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities and strengthening the company's market presence.

Key challenges

Lead, develop, and empower a high-performing sales team.

Drive business growth and ensure achievement of commercial objectives.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles within regulated industries or the healthcare sector.

Strong ability to build long-term relationships and influence key stakeholders.
