SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on marketeer to assist with the implementation and execution of the marketing strategy to achieve the strategic business objectives. You will be located in our Essen offices and will work closely with colleagues in the European marketing team (located in the Netherlands and UK).
OVERVIEW OF ACCOUNTABILITIES
•
Involved in developing & implementing effective marketing projects that align with the overall marketing strategy to enhance and grow the company’s brand.
•
Actively managing social media activity (particularly LinkedIn, You Tube) in line with a communications plan, and creating original, engaging, and relevant posts
•
Working with the marketing team to optimise and promote the website.
•
Assist in processing translations for all copy-based tasks.
•
Manage and deliver monthly reports.
•
Producing creative visual assets for the sales and commercial team.
•
Understanding current marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
•
Liaising with third party agencies.
•
Increasing revenue by assisting the Marketing Manager in the support of internal and external business development teams
•
Adhoc marketing activities to support the wider team as and when required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
•
Have experience across a variety of marketing channels including campaign management, blog writing, advertising, events, email and social media
•
Be skilled in Microsoft Suite and social media monitoring tools, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Canva
•
A positive and determined approach to researching, reviewing competitor activity and analysing new business opportunities
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•
Self-motivated with capability of working independently
•
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Desirable
•
Good feeling for design and creative mindset.
•
Technical product knowledge or an eagerness to develop through training and self-development.
•
Ambition to grow within the role and add value.
WORKING PATTERN
Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 40 hours per week
