Mechanical Designers

Avion Solutions Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking Mechanical Designers of all levels to support U.S. Army aviation platforms. These positions will be located at Ft. Eustis, VA, and are contingent upon award .

Job Responsibilities/Duties

•

Provide mechanical design, modeling, and drafting support for the integration of systems and equipment onto U.S. Army aviation platforms.

•

Develop aircraft structural designs, mounting systems, and support equipment.

•

Create detailed engineering drawings and technical data packages.

•

Produce 3D models and design documentation using CAD tools.

•

Support material procurement activities and track purchase requests.

•

Coordinate with fabrication teams to support prototype and production efforts.

•

Ensure designs comply with applicable airworthiness requirements.

Required

•

Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoW security clearance.
